My girlfriend and I celebrated a late valentine’s this year in March, being we were doing a cleanse to work our way... to a vegan lifestyle in February. When I contacted Barb to make arrangements for our stay I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with some romance! Barb was so wonderful in helping me to arrange having roses, wine and rose pedals put in the room. Barb went above and beyond trying to locate 2 local massage therapist to come to the Vineyards to give my girlfriend and I a couples massage. Being a short notice Barb offered to put her personal massage table in our room so I could give my girlfriend a massage. Not only did Barb go way above and beyond with the massages she also went way out of her way to create some amazing vegan breakfasts so we could stay on track with our new lifestyle. Barb is truly amazing and we highly recommend staying at the beautiful Vineyards! All the rooms are amazing!! My girlfriend and are most definitely going back this summer!! The home, the food, the hospitality were all amazing! Barbs attention to detail in all aspects was perfect. This is a... MUST STAY location. The jacuzzi was the perfect touch on a perfect stay. This gem is just what you are looking for if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. While the... hiking, the dunes the wine tasting can keep you entertained, you could also just spend your day relaxing at Barb's exquisite B&B. We have tried out two of the four rooms and loved each one of them. The hot tub is an amazing way to take in the starry night. Super quiet and relaxing. And you won't be needing lunch with the amazing, filling and delicious breakfast awaiting you. Highly recommend this place.read more

Barb was very welcoming and accommodating. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and as if we were... visiting as friends or family. She even helped us arrange a last minute wine tour we would not have been able to make otherwise. This was our first time visiting the area and she couldn’t have been more helpful to us. Among the Vineyards is in a great location. The house was newly remodeled, modern and gorgeous! And each breakfast was unique and well thought out. We definitely recommend this place and will be visiting Barb and the animals again.read more

This is our second time staying here. My wife and I love this place!! We will be coming back! Barb does such an... awesome job! There are so many individual details with respect to each room named after a different type of wine. The cooking/food is awesome. Barb will help you plan out your day with the aid of a local map. She knows the wineries and local places very well. She also was very helpful in pointing us to some of the local lighthouses. Can't say enough good things!read more

This is my husband and I's second time visiting Barb at Among the Vineyards Bed & Breakfast. Barb is such an amazing... host, and can quickly adapt to any need you may have. From the ability to show you around her home, to making sure you have the necessities to make your stay 5 stars, she is always up to the task. Her homemade 3 course breakfasts are AMAZING! She provides so much info on the wineries, and breweries in the area, or restaurants, and events going on as well. My husband and I have already decided that this will be our yearly anniversary place to stay. Barb has gone through every detail of this house to make sure it provides everything her guests could ever want. She is so personable and always looking for any new ideas to try. This B & B is absolutely outstanding. The owner and hostess, Barb, has created a truly stunning B & B. The rooms are... beautifully decorated and quiet. Barb's breakfasts are delicious, she makes great dining recommendations as well as setting up the reservation for you. This B & B is located in the middle of the Makers Trail - wineries, breweries and distilleries galore! Definitely a great place to stay!read more

Recently my friend from England was visiting and she does love her wine, so we decided on a short stay in Michigan to... tour the Wine Trail. We stayed at Among The Vineyards Bed and Breakfast. This was the best! Barb was not just welcoming, but also a great help in choosing which vineyards to visit according to our wine preferences. We will never stay at another hotel in MI again! Barb is such an amazing host! The entire place is beautiful and our... room was large, clean, and just overall amazing! The bed was very comfy and I loved the large bathtub and walk in shower! The decor was so cute throughout the entire house- every little detail was there. The breakfast was to die for and my husband and I loved drinking fresh brewed coffee out in the porch in the rocking chairs! The pool and hot tub was welcoming after a long day enjoying the wineries! The price was seriously unbeatable for the experience and we can’t wait to come back!read more

Barb was so warm & inviting & her B&B was immaculate! The room was charming, the breakfast was delicious! We loved the... outdoor living space including hot tub, pool, & the front porch. We had such a wonderful time during our stay at "Among the Vineyards". Barb is truly the most gracious hostess and so... helpful to her guests. She engages you immediately with her warm personality and knowledge of the area. She is so helpful with directions to the wineries and other local attractions. You start your day with homemade breakfast that is so, so delicious - Barb is also an amazing cook! The rooms are very beautifully decorated in a wine theme . . .no detail is left out. The beds are very comfortable & the sheets are amazing!! The outside patio & pool are just beautiful and so relaxing. The other guests and us agreed that we did not want to leave this 5 Star Resort, but will definitely come back. This beautiful hidden gem is truly the perfect getaway!read more

We had such a wonderful stay at Among the Vineyards Bed & Breakfast. What a great location! Many vineyards are with 5... miles and some even closer. The house is on a lovely piece of property walking distance from Baroda but you feel like you're out in the middle of the country with some great views. There's a pool and hot tub out back with plenty of comfy lounge chairs and an area for an alfresco breakfast in the morning. And the breakfasts were so delicious! Barb's a fantastic cook and such an attentive hostess. So many lovely details in the rooms and around the house. Plus Barb has plenty of tips for winery/tasting room visits and local places to eat (of which there are many, both fine dining and casual). We couldn't have been happier with our room: so comfortable with plenty of amenities and a spa-like bathroom. I highly recommend this place!read more

Among the Vineyards is a beautiful bed and breakfast! Barb, the owner and host, is a delight. She has not missed a... single detail. The rooms my girlfriends and I stayed in were gorgeous and had all the amenities one may need and then some. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area is an amazing bonus. (Barb even supplies the beach towels for use at the pool) Our breakfast was delicious. I can't wait to return to Among the Vineyards with my husband.read more
